Parc at Midtown does offer valet trash services. Trash is picked up Sunday through Friday between the hours of 5:00 PM and 7:45 PM. 

The Parc at Midtown offers Amazon Lockers for parcel delivery.

We offer the following lease terms: 7-15 months. 

The property participates in a master liability coverage program that all residents are automatically enrolled in. We also encourage residents to obtain personal content coverage from a provider of your choosing.

Parc at Midtown is located within the Osborn Elementary School District. Based on current zoning information, residents are served by Longview Elementary School, Osborn Middle School, and Central High School. School attendance boundaries are subject to change by the district, so prospective residents are encouraged to verify zoning directly with Osborn Elementary School District for the most current information.

Yes, a $300 pet deposit is required, as well as a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet. When adding a second pet, an additional $150 pet deposit and $150 non-refundable pet fee will be required. Additionally, a $35 pet rent charge, per pet, will be charged monthly.
